The group quoting system is very valuable, but does not provide all of the details that our office version has. For this reason, we generally want to run proposals and present them to you in person. There are so many nuances and quirks that are necessary to know that a quotation may or may not mean anything unless the parameters are correct and all assumptions are taken into consideration. It is very important to know that when you receive a quotation for most employee benefits plan, they are just that: a quotation. Employee benefits plans are almost never bound like a property policy can be. It is imperative to know that no coverage is in force until the insurance company says it is, in writing.

For these reasons, it is important to select a seasoned professional that knows all the in’s and outs of the plans, carriers, guidelines and laws. A quotation is strictly that: a quotation. It is not binding. The more business and experience an individual has, will determine how accurate a quotation is. A knowledgeable broker will give it to you straight. We will never try to sell you and then “surprise you later” We disclose all of the processes and give as much information to you as possible to make the experience worthwhile and satisfactory.
